Ultrasound

Today was the big day.  Layla had her ultrasound.

She did really well.  It was a little tough on her at times because she didn't understand what was going on, but the technician was friendly, wonderful, and a mother.  Now that I am one, I can spot another one from a mile away.

You know how it is, they can't really tell you anything while they do it, they have to wait until the doctor reviews it, but she did give some clues.  It looks like the sphincters are working like they should.  She got a before and after shot of her bladder, it she had completely emptied it, so that's great.  She reviewed the kidneys for damage, and here is where she really couldn't say anything.  However, she didn't spend any more time on one versus the other, or in one particular place.  So that's good, I hope?

I guess we'll know more in a few days.
