Elitist.

Layla is not only an asshole, she is elitist. 

The other day she wanted to play a game with Mike.  The game?  Garbageman.

What it consisted of, was her being the "scary" or gross garbageman and chasing Mike around, trying to terrorize him.

Eavesdropping brought some entertaining back and forth while Mike lectured her on how being a garbageman was a good, honest job, and making fun of it was simply mean.
